Guide to the Philippines Constitution

and its various revisions

Constitution

Welcome to Pryo.net's study resource for the Philippine Constitution.

We have performed our best efforts to ensure the accuracy of the following document texts, however, this study resource is provided "as-is" and is meant as a basic reference to the various historical Constitutions of the Republic of the Philippines. Pryo.net does not guarantee the accuracy of these documents or their eligibility in a court of law. Since these documents are hand edited for use on the Internet, it is possible that minor misspellings, accidental omissions, or accidental punctuation errors may have occurred. It is strongly advised that anyone needing these documents for legal purposes should purchase a government authorized, paper published copy from your local bookstore, or contact your nearest Philippines Consulate and request more information.

Notes:

These are complete documents on their respective individual web pages made for easy text searching using your browser, however, each may take approximately a minute to load on slow internet connections. The table of contents have been extended to allow easier navigation utilizing bookmarks and anchor tags. If you use the table of content hyperlinks on the constitutional documents you may simply use the "back" button in your web browser to return to the table of contents. We DID NOT add "Back to the Top" buttons inside the main body of the document as we wanted to maintain the original text (without extra hyperlink text or icons).
